- Re-launched 'QuiYing ShiKan' 秋螢詩刊, published in postcard format, 34x6 inches, accordion folded into 8 pages of 4”x6” postcard (Postcard Chapter began with Issue 25, January 1986, and ended at Issue 37, March 1988). In 2003, 'QuiYing ShiKan' was re-launched again, and was managed under a new editorial and production committee.
- Organized 'Poetry and Perception' exhibition QuiYing ShiKan 秋螢詩刊
- Started writing a monthly column for PHOTOART magazine
